Lee really does have some odd characteristics as a ballplayer — he is really one of the finest rebounders in the league, but I don’t think he can guard anyone smaller than he is — Shaq ok, but Azubuike will destroy him.
On one play, Azubuike took it from the left to the right side of the rim, getting a half step ahead of Larry with a sort of half pick. Well the replay shows Chandler and Nate on the right side playing properly between their men on the outside and the basket. As Hughes gets beat by half a step, Chandler and Nate just sort of step toward the action to watch what happens, utterly no sense of “We are getting scored on! Help!”
